1. What types of services do you offer?
I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, workplace well-being counseling, well-being mentoring and personal growth support. My approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, positive psychology interventions and EMDR, tailored to meet your individual needs.
2. What issues can therapy/personal growth sessions help with?
Therapy can address a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship challenges, workplace burnout, and more. My practice specializes in life-transitions, anxiety and depression, trauma work, relationships issues, workplace well-being, life transitions, self-esteem, developing a growth mindset and change resilience.

3. How long does therapy/personal growth sessions usually last?
The duration of therapy/personal growth sessions varies based on individual needs. Some clients may benefit from short-term therapy (6-12 sessions), while others may engage in longer-term therapy for deeper exploration and sustained change. We will regularly review your progress to ensure you’re on the right track.
4. What can I expect in my first therapy/personal growth session?
In the first session, we will explore your reasons for seeking help, your personal history, and your goals for treatment. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and decide if we’re a good fit to work together.
5. How do I know if therapy/personal growth sessions are right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward in your personal or professional life, theses sessions can be a powerful tool for gaining clarity and direction. I offer an initial consultation to help determine if therapy is right for you.
6. How do online therapy/personal growth sessions work?
Online therapy and personal development sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms. You’ll need a stable internet connection, a private space, and a device with video capability. Online sessions offers flexibility and accessibility, and studies have shown it to be as effective as in-person therapy.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps ensure that both my time and your commitment to therapy are respected.
8. How much does a session cost?
The cost per session is €150. Payment is due at the time of the session. I accept wire transfers, and I can provide invoices for reimbursement if your insurance covers therapy.
9. Do you accept insurance?
I am a private practitioner and do not bill insurance directly. Some clients are able to get partial reimbursement from their insurance provider. I can provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company, but I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed.

10. How can I prepare for my first session?
You don’t need to prepare anything specific for your first session, but it may be helpful to reflect on what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. Being open and honest during our sessions is key to getting the most out of the process.
11. Are the sessions confidential?
Yes, all sessions are confidential. All information shared during sessions is private and will not be disclosed without your consent, except in cases where I am legally obligated, such as imminent harm or court orders.

12. How do I schedule a therapy/personal development session?

13. What if I’m in crisis between sessions?
While I strive to be available to support you, my practice is not designed to handle emergency situations. If you are in crisis between sessions, please contact a crisis hotline or visit your nearest emergency room for immediate support.
14. What makes your practice unique?
My practice stands out because of my focus on personal growth, empowerment and nurturing the healthy aspects of your functioning. I have experience working with many different disorders, but I do not limit my work with you to removing symptoms - I focus on identifying and addressing causes and barriers to your personal growth. I work collaboratively with clients to ensure that therapy aligns with their personal and professional values.
15. How often should I attend therapy/personal growth sessions?
Most clients attend therapy weekly or bi-weekly
16. Can I bring my partner/family member to therapy/personal development sessions?
Yes, depending on your goals for sessions, bringing a partner or family member may be beneficial. We can discuss whether couples or family therapy is right for your situation.
